Final day of sustainable development forum in ETNOMIR

On March 25, 2017, the program of the fourth and final day of the International Youth Forum on Sustainable Development will be held on the territory of the Cultural and Educational Center “ETNOMIR”. The event is organized by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with the support of the Fund «Dialogue of Cultures – United World».

The International Youth Forum on Sustainable Development is a discussion platform aimed at deliberating upon the urgent issues of sustainable development declared and adopted by the United Nations member states directed to eliminating poverty, preserving the planet's resources and ensuring the well-being of all the people of the world. The audience of the forum is students and pupils. Each participant represents a country that is a member of the United Nations, trying himself as the head of a delegation, the ambassador, the foreign minister or the representative of an international organization. Participants will develop original projects to achieve sustainable development in Russia and the countries of the world, which will be implemented in the framework of the regional forums. The final day of the forum will be held on the territory of ETNOMIR with the support of the International Charity Public Fund «Dialogue of Cultures – United World».

The program will include committee meetings, project presentations, a thematic interactive station game across the territory of ETNOMIR and a closing ceremony of the Forum.

The subject of the event contributes to the main goals and objectives of the Fund «Dialogue of Cultures – United World» and ETNOMIR, sharing the mission of integration and interaction of different people in a constructive dialogue from the standpoint of mutual respect, trust and support. The Fund considers the initiative a promising platform for a dialogue, which promotes the values of diplomatic methods, peacemaking views and humanism among young people.
